User Generated Content Guidelines (UGC)

MeetYourMaybe is designed to be a safe and respectful space for authentic connections. Our community is built on trust, respect and responsible interaction.

MeetYourMaybe is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harmful, abusive, illegal, sexually exploitative or inappropriate content. These guidelines apply to all user-generated content, including profile photos, videos, stories, profile text, chat messages, reactions, reports and any other content shared through the app.

Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to upload, share, send, request or promote any of the following content:

• Sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity or content intended primarily for sexual gratification.
• Any content involving, depicting, exploiting or endangering minors in any way. This includes sexualized content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, or any attempt to solicit, groom or exploit a minor.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, hate speech, discrimination or abusive behavior of any kind.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activities, drug abuse, weapons misuse or dangerous behavior.
• Content that impersonates another person, uses fake identities in a harmful way, or misleads other users.
• Spam, scams, phishing attempts, fraudulent activity, commercial solicitation or attempts to obtain money, personal data or login credentials from other users.
• Content that violates the privacy, intellectual property rights or personal rights of another person.
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Moderation, Reporting and Blocking

MeetYourMaybe may review user-generated content using automated systems, human moderation or a combination of both. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines.

Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior through the in-app report function. Users can also block other users at any time. Blocking prevents further unwanted interaction between the users involved.

We take reports seriously and review them as quickly as reasonably possible. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may remove content, limit account access, suspend or permanently delete an account.

Consequences of Violations

Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate action, including:

• Removal of the affected content.
• Temporary restriction of app features.
• Suspension or permanent termination of the user account.
• Loss of access to matches, messages, profile visibility, coins, roses or premium features where applicable.
• Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law.

Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Where legally required or appropriate, such material may be preserved and reported to the relevant authorities or reporting organizations.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload, send or share through MeetYourMaybe. You agree not to use the app to harm, exploit, harass, deceive or abuse others.
