App Terms of Service
These App Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the MeetYourMaybe mobile application and related in-app services (the "App"). The public website meetyourmaybe.com is covered by separate website terms and privacy information.
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who operates the App

2. Eligibility and 18+ age requirement
MeetYourMaybe is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. You may not create an account or use the App if you are under 18 years old.
You agree to provide accurate information, including your date of birth. We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the user is under 18, has provided false information, or has tried to bypass the age gate.
3. Account registration and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account using false or misleading information.
4. App features
The App may include dating and social features such as profiles, photos, videos, stories, likes, swipes, matches, messages, profile visits, reports, blocks, roses, coins, subscriptions and push notifications. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
5. User-generated content
You are responsible for all content you upload, send, publish or otherwise make available through the App. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to share your content. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights, violates privacy, or breaks the law.
By sharing content in the App, you grant MeetYourMaybe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate, moderate, secure and improve the App.
6. User Generated Content Guidelines
MeetYourMaybe is designed to be a safe and respectful space for authentic connections. The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Full nudity or content primarily intended for sexual gratification.
- Any content involving, exploiting, endangering or sexualizing minors.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech, discrimination or abusive behavior.
- Violence, illegal activity, scams, fraud, impersonation or attempts to obtain money, private information or login credentials from other users.
- Content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, personal rights or safety.
- Spam, automated abuse, scraping, commercial solicitation or attempts to manipulate the App.
7. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior through the in-app report function and can block other users at any time. We may review user-generated content using automated systems, human moderation or both. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our safety rules.
8. Safety and respectful conduct
You agree to treat other users respectfully and to use the App only for lawful, personal and dating-related purposes. You must not use the App to harm, exploit, deceive, threaten, harass or abuse others. You are responsible for your own offline interactions. Meet in public places, protect your personal information, and report suspicious or unsafe behavior.
9. Premium, coins, roses and in-app purchases
The App may offer subscriptions, coins, roses or other paid features. Prices, benefits and availability may change. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the payment terms, refund rules and policies of the relevant app store.
10. Prohibited technical use
You must not interfere with the App, attempt to bypass security or age verification, reverse engineer protected parts of the App, access non-public APIs without permission, scrape content at scale, or use bots, scripts or automated tools to manipulate the service.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create safety risks, provide false information, attempt to bypass moderation or payment systems, or use the App in an unlawful or harmful way. You may stop using the App at any time.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the MeetYourMaybe App Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how personal data is collected, used, stored and shared.
13. Third-party services
The App may use third-party services such as Apple, Google, hosting providers, push notification services, payment processors, app stores, analytics, moderation or safety providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
14. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or that every interaction with another user will meet your expectations. We do not perform background checks on every user unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for using reasonable caution when interacting with others.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill or reputation arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last revised. If material changes are made, we may notify users through the App or another appropriate method. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment (Turkey), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
